This hands-on offering supports deep meridian activation by helping bring stuck tension, stagnation or even emotion to the surface, so the body can let go. Each person will receive a cupping treatment and light acupressure massage, focused on encouraging flow and release through the meridians. This experience pairs perfectly with the hot yin class. No experience necessary ~ Room will be warm.

A fun, dynamic, full-body workout that blends traditional yoga poses with Pilates-inspired core work, cardio bursts and light weight training. Build strength, tone muscles and boost metabolism. Yin & Sound Bath is a unique, immersive experience that blends Yin Yoga with live flute music, crystal sound bowls and the gong. Be guided into a state of deep relaxation, grounding, and inner exploration through slow, meditative postures and the resonant sounds of live music. Find a sense of peace, balance, and spiritual renewal. No yoga experience necessary ~ Room will be warm.

Upside down is a wonderful place to be in Yoga, but inversions require more technique and practice than we have time for in a regular 60 minute class. Get the foundation you need to experience the joy of flipping your perspective. Experience hands-on assistance with drills, proper decompression and savasana massage. Accessible for all levels ~ Room will be hot.
