Hey Yogis,
So we went from summer to fall in the blink of an eye. But 80's tomorrow and Tuesday, so it ain't over yet. And for the lucky ones in the hot room, it's summer all year long.

FRI, SEPT 8th ~ 7:30am, 9am, 6pm
Take class (or not), give what you can and the Studio will match the money that comes in and send it to Team Rubicon. Please help us help those in Texas who are struggling as we did.

KRYSTLE is teaching the Tues 6pm Vinyasa class beginning this week so come sweat, stretch and smile with her for an hour.
