Fall is here!
The weather changed in an instant, but it's always nice and toasty in the hot room. So if you've taken a break from your practice, now is the perfect time to start again. Avery Noni Boggiano is our 4th Generation, 7lb. 5 oz. Yogini born on Sept 28th. That makes 3 Firsts: Great Grandma Vera, Grandma Margaret, Mommy & Daddy, Bridget & Cass. We're thrilled for the whole family!
