Happy Summer Everyone!
The weather will certainly get hotter but we're still turning on the heat, so be prepared. Just hydrate well, take electrolytes and/or coconut water and you'll be just fine. p.s. Your hot yoga practice will actually be better in the warmer weather because your muscles are pre-heated.

~ Don't use your sandy beach towels for yoga
~No oils, scents, creams, perfumes, tiger balm, peppermint oil, etc... Many of your fellow Yogis are allergic
