Yin Yoga is the "quiet, meditative yoga" and the perfect balance to your hot yoga practice. Postures are held for sustained periods of time allowing muscles to relax and the deep connective tissue to be gently stretched. No heat, no yoga experience necessary. Don't miss this class with Christine! No yoga experience necessary. Room will be warm.
