Hope you guys are having an awesome summer enjoying your people, the weather, sunrises, sunsets, the food, the ocean, and your hot yoga practice. It's been pretty steamy in here, but the elation, joy and bliss that's felt after a good, detoxifying sweat are only a few reasons we love coming to class!
SCHEDULE CHANGES for AUGUST ~ Begin Thur, Aug 3rd
Thursdays: 6:30pm Vinyasa (moved from 7pm) ~ 5:30pm cancelled
Sundays: 5:30pm Vinyasa (was Hot26)
1st TIME EVER SPECIAL ~ AUGUST ONLY
We'll let you share your 5, 10 or 25 class card with your friends, relatives, co-workers, neighbors! Anyone you want to turn on to Hot Yoga, but only for August. If they're a new student and love the class, they can even take advantage of the $40 Intro Special. What else can we do to get your person to a class?

PLEASE and THANK YOU FOR BEING CONSIDERATE...
~ Classes begin promptly; arrive AT LEAST FIVE MINUTES prior. It's not fair to your fellow yogis who come early/on time to have to move their mats around to make room for you.
~ After class, wipe up excess sweat from your area
~ Maintain silence in the yoga room before and after practice
I think that's it, kids. Please remember to hydrate, hydrate and hydrate some more and keep up with your electrolytes. We can't wait to see you sweat. Please don't make us beg.
