Happy April, Yogis!
Positive change (and attitude) is contagious and Spring is the perfect season to bring your friends & family to class so everyone can live happily ever after. So bring them already. If YOU haven't been to class for at least year, we’ll give YOU 10% OFF any class package until the end of April to get you back into a regular yoga practice. We miss you terribly and you’re missing a ton of fun…..

-BEFORE class, please drink plenty of water so you're well-hydrated. You'll have a better and stronger practice.
-Be a considerate Yogi and observe silence in the yoga room before, during & after class.
-Please arrive no later than 5 minutes before class begins. If everyone else can be on time, so can you!
